These Terms govern your use of the TriTrader website and your participation in our waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. Separate competition rules will apply when competitions open.
The website is operated by SOFTWARE OPS LIMITED (trading as "TriTrader"), company number 16971335, registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in future competitions. It is free, creates no obligation to enter or pay, and does not guarantee a place in any competition. We will contact you about launch using the email you provide.
TriTrader competitions are skill-based trading competitions conducted in a simulated environment. Participants do not trade real money in the markets and do not hold real positions. All trades are simulated against real-time market data. Outcomes are determined by participants' trading decisions.
When competitions open, entry requires a fixed entry fee. The prize pool is funded from entry fees. The maximum a participant can lose is their entry fee. Payout structures will be published for each competition before entry. All figures shown on the website are illustrative and subject to final competition rules.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful. We may restrict entry from certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal where you live.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to prizes you receive, based on your personal circumstances and jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice.
Nothing on this website or within the competitions constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. TriTrader is a competition, not a brokerage or investment service.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to manipulate competitions, use bots or automated abuse of our forms, or submit false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, disqualify you from any competition, and withhold or reclaim any prize if you are found to engage in any of the above, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
