This Privacy Policy explains how SOFTWARE OPS LIMITED ("TriTrader", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and join our waitlist. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service, under contract:

Your personal data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA). As the UK recognises the EEA as providing an adequate level of data protection, no additional safeguards are required for transfers from the UK to the EEA. Where a processor's parent company is located outside the EEA, any such access is governed by the processor's data processing agreement, which incorporates the appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until the product launches and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner. Analytics data is retained according to our processors' standard retention settings.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage.
